Order Completion Rate?

Hi, This is Momen, currently I’m level one seller, in last month I cancel an order and my order completion rate is going down I mean 83%, is there any problem in my next review? please advice. Thanks!

You have to maintain the order completion rate above 90%. If not you will be demoted.

Go to your analytics page. You will see the requirements for maintaining current level and get promoting for the next level.If you can fulfill the requirements to maintain the current level then your level will not be changed on evolution date …And if you can fulfill the requirements for next level then you will be promoted to next level on evolution date…They have described clearly in analytics page…
