A warning will stay on your account and be seen by Fiverr staff forever.

It will affect your analytics re promotion/ demotion during a 30 day period.

Make sure to carefully read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page so you do not receive any further warnings.

Are you conversant with Fiverr’s terms of services? There are tones of things you need to avoid while communicating with a potential buyer. You don’t give or solicit for email addresses, neither should you accept offer of payment outside Fiverr. As much as you can, be professional in your dealings with potential buyers and adhere strictly to Fiverr’s terms and conditions.

What do you mean by this?

Have you seen a buyer request you knew you could fulfill, and sent an offer to it?

Have you advertised your service in the Buyer Request section (that’s forbidden, since it’s both spam and completely useless; that section is for buyers to post what they need done, not for sellers to advertise their gigs)?

Have you sent a message to another Fiverr user and offered them your services, even though they’ve never asked about them (that’s also spamming, and strictly forbidden)?

By send an offer do you mean to a stranger? Because that is totally not allowed and for good reason. It’s spam.

Only send offers to people who’ve made an inquiry to you and would like to proceed with an order or offers for buyer requests.

Also, without knowing the contents and context of your offer, we can’t form an opinion.
