Advice on seller increasing price

Looking for some advice. I contacted a voice artist and told them I was creating a YouTube video. She said she was confident with the request (I wanted a specific accent) and I then purchased the gig.

She has just contacted me to say she has recorded the audio, but won’t release it unless I also purchase the commercial rights.

I was clear from the start the recording was for YouTube and she made no mention of the increase cost beforehand. In fact, I ordered two gigs because I hoped she would record two takes (I was trying to be generous).

I have ordered dozens of recordings from other sellers in the past and have always been upfront about their usage (and not been asked to pay for commercial rights).

Should I just cancel the request? or should I report the seller for trying to extort more money from me? Is her request valid?
