How to delete my account in fiverr?

i want to delete my account in fiverr site, because i am not getting orders in my gigs.

so, please help to do this. Please tell me how can i do this.

I take it that any credit in your account will be refunded on cancellation?

I am not a seller but a new buyer and had my first order cancelled and wish to utilise my credit but there doesnt appear to be any option for this and CS doesnt respond to my query
