Buyer placed the order but didn't submitted the requirement

Hi Friends,
Just 1 week ago a buyer placed an order of $5 for my hot running gig. After placing the order he didn’t submitted the required attachment to start his order timing.
I gave several messages to submit his photos and instructions but buyer is offline since then.
I am concern that now the order is in que but without any attachment I cannot proceed to work on his order. Basically I offer Photoshop Service from my gig and without any photo How can I work on his order.
Will this hamper my profile or the order will be automatically get cancelled after certain period.
I am not sure so want your help and suggestion.
