Client satisfaction

hello all…
this is good news for me, I got my first order
once I sent the second design the client immediately liked and immediately pressed the complete button and gave me a tip.
then he ordered me again but did not give details that I had to do so I sent the revised results of the first order … and he was more satisfied but for the second order he had not pressed the complete button. So, what should I do?
sorry, this is my first experience and I’m still confused about what to do.
Sorry, I am not too fluent in English
waiting for advice from all friends
thanks in advance

Make sure any necessary gig requirements are set to “mandatory” in the gig requirements setup so orders are less likely to start without the requirements being filled in.

If the buyer hasn’t specified what they require for the order, message them on the order page asking what is required. If they don’t specify what is required and time is starting to run out you can request a delivery time extension by clicking on the resolution centre button and then clicking the “need more time” or similar option.

Also orders auto-complete after 3 days if the buyer doesn’t click to accept/reject it.

Make sure what you deliver is what the buyer asks for for a particular order (normally in the order requirements section).

You can press the “deliver again” button if it’s already delivered if the buyer lets you know what is required and after you have completed the work. If the buyer doesn’t tell you in time and it auto-completes you could send what the buyer asks (if and when they do) in a message.
