Scammed first time using Fiverr

I hired someone to do SEO or Search engine optimization for my website and they sent me a bunch of back links that we’re bogus spam sites with another website name. On top of that the user is no longer a member and he kept changing his location and name.

This is a bad first experience first time using this site. I contacted support no response. How do I get my money back?

Support will for sure respond to you. As they stated in their email that they sent to you it takes 24-48 hours for them to reply.

Did you do your research before hiring a person? Was it the cheapest price? Did you chat with a seller about his methods prior to purchasing?
