thepromogirl Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 I delivered a support ticket in regards to an issue with one of my sales and seemed to not be getting any response back even though of my Level 2 status (typically they’d answer within the hour - at the most a few).To put it in perspective I submitted two tickets previously and it’s been two months with no response on either of them.
