Scams with Fiverr Connections?

So what responsibilities does Fiverr assume when its users’ gigs are unknowingly used as part of a third-party scam? Two prominent Fiverr users have been involved in just that, and at least one of them willingly used a fake name as part of his gig, which was then incorporated into the scam. While I doubt either user was complicit in the scam itself, their gigs in particular are susceptible to that sort of misuse, and neither seems to accept any responsible for their gigs’ eventual misuse.
