My buyer is not responding to my messages why?

After 5 months of struggling, i got my first order exactly (Fri 3rd May) three days ago.
I was waiting for the buyer to send me his document(s), but didn’t. I sent him several messages but still hasn’t replied. The order supposed to be delivered in less than one day but due to his silence, the order is still active. You can see it for your self here ⬇️

Also, I’m afraid its going to reduce my delivery rating
So tell me what might have happened to cause such thing, please.

If you haven’t set any requirement that you really need in the gig’s requirements section to “mandatory” (checked that box) you could do that so the problem will be less likely for future orders.

For the current order you could go to the resolution centre and ask for a time extension since the buyer hasn’t given you the required file(s) yet.

I have my gig requirements all ready set.

Also about the time extention, I’ve already tried that too.
