Someone is trying to get a free gig

So customer asked me to make him an intro for his live on twitch and youtube. So I did everything he asked me at the start and then I send him the intro. And now that he downloaded his intro, he is trying to get it for free by canceling the order every time that I resend it!!!I reported him but i dont have much time before he gets his money back and dont pay me for my work!

Then why you are worry about the time… If you have delivered your order then forget about the time .It will not affect on your statics .Wait for CS’s reply … Explain the whole story … If you have delivered as your gig description then you should not worry about it …

I will recommend you to fix your problem first.And you can check your buyer profile if the buyer is still on fiverr or not …
