Fiverr Learn - Forbidden [SOLVED]

Hello, I wanted to check out Fiverr Learn, so from my Seller Dashboard, I navigated to More > Learn - Online Courses from the navigation menu. This takes me to a blank white page with the message “Forbidden”.

I’m not sure if I am just not allowed to access Fiverr Learn or if this is a bug. I also tried to visit https://learn.fiverr.com. The website loads as it should, but when I click on the “Sign In / Join” button at the top-right of the page, I get the same screen with the message “Forbidden”.

I am not sure if this will work, but you could try clearing your browser’s cookies/caches and restarting the browser before you try again. If this doesn’t work, you could contact Customer Support.

Thanks! It was a problem with the cookies/cache. I didn’t think that was the case initially because I got the same result in an incognito window. :man_shrugging:
