Bug or not? Showing active order but didn't get any notification!

I have noticed that in one of my gig it’s showing I have an active order in queue but in my dashboard, I don’t have any except one from January 7th where the buyer didn’t fill in the requirements so it never started and I left it like that. Also, I didn’t get any notification of getting any new order.

Even if buyers don’t fill in requirements, will it show as an active order from now on? It wasn’t the case before.

Or is it a bug and someone actually placed an order but I can’t see? 😰
