Without access info - Order Placed by Buyer

My honorable buyer placed an order on my basic gig service. 22 hours finished but still, He didn’t give me the website access info. After 2 hours it will be count as late delivery. What can I do now? Can you please give me a proper solution?

Use the Resolution Center and ask the buyer Extend the delivery time.

I would give up and ask customer support to cancel the order, AFTER asking for more time from the buyer. This is not a person you can work for.
