My First Page Ranked Top Selling Gig Denied

Hello all,
Fiverr denied my gig due to my little unintentional mistake on which the buyer who was actually a seller at level 1, took benefit and blackmailed me for cancelling the order before the delievry I refused and for which I am still regretting and he reported me and I received 1st tos warning and my Top Selling gig got denied. This was my only gig which were generating my 99% revenues.

I am a Level 2 Seller. My that gig was ranked too much and was shown on the first page when someone search for the service which I was providing in that.

Now there was no benefit of being regret so I took my this mistake as a experience taught my self not to do any doubtful message to buyer which may cause violation of fiverr TOS.

It is a very big loss of my life but I am the type of person who never give up. I re-created the gig now for same service. On my previous gig my gig was remain paused more than half month I had so much clients, and now I think I should have to do something with which I can reach my gig to the targeted persons.

The main problem is that on my previous gig I have 77k impressions and now I will have to make them from 0 to up. And secondly my seller level is maintained to level 2 after getting 1st warning and denied my gig and my reviews which were almost more than 150 and all were positive, are also saved but as my previous gig is denied and now those reviews just show on my profile, not on any gig, does it make bad impression of people on my account?

Good news is, I have done 2 orders within 2 days after creating new gig with my old buyers and as every time they gave me 5 star ranking as they already have worked with me and knew the quality of my work. I am also sharing my gig.

What I want to ask from you people:
I want you people to give me some motivations for not feeling bad about what happened with me, because everything got happen unintentionally I want to forget and want to do hard work again but that accident is coming again and again in my mind because that gig was my hard work of days and nights of more than 10 months.

Secondly, I want you people to give me advises so that I will never ever make any mistake which may cause to lead my gig or account to suspension. I do photoshop editing and now I have learnt that illegal documents editing, watermark removing is not allowed. Actually this fake document editing lead me to the loss, I thought it is simple photo editing but when buyer got issue with me he reported my 2nd message in which He have asked that “can you do this? do you have experience of this?” something like this, and I have replied “Yes I already have done this (document name) edit for my other clients”. And litterally I was not sure that this is the violation of fiverr TOS.
I want to know each and every thing which is against the TOS of fiverr. I will write all those things on my desktop wallpaper, because I am taking fiverr as my career and don’t want to violate fiverr tos again intentionally or unintentionally. I have read TOS but I want help from you people by taking my particular field (photoshop editing) in mind.

Thirdly, I want you people to predict that till when I will take my gig reach to my previous position, this time I want to take this gig more higher than the previous one. On this gig in 2 days I have completed 2 orders and also I am also sharing my gig and the impressions this time are 47 clicks are 17 views are 15. Please let me know what you think where I am floating this time? And in how much time can I take my position back in the marketplace by seeing all the above circumstances.

Truth be told, I have no sympathy for someone who willingly chooses to accept an order that requires them to edit or remove watermarks from legal documents. What you did is extremely illegal, and you have rightfully paid the price for your actions. You broke some serious laws on Fiverr’s platform, and they were right to take action against you as a result. They have to preserve the legality of the services they offer. You were helping someone break the law… and that is a very big no-no.

The only advice I will share is… be aware of what you are asked to do, and know what is and is not illegal. Ignorance is not an excuse for breaking international laws.

When someone send me message for work, I make sure to check their profile. To make sure if they are genuine buyer and make sure if it’s violates any rules or not. It won’t always work but it’s better than doing nothing.

I read again the TOS but in the rules where was told the reason due to which gig or account can be suspended, here are 4 in which I am feeling trouble to understand if you will clear my ambiguities then this will be a great help.

• Gigs misleading to Buyers or others
• Reselling of regulated goods
• Offering to prepare academic works on behalf of Buyers
• Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration

  1-How our gig can mislead buyer?

2-What will be regulated goods in my photoshoot field?

After your first bad experience, you said that you thoroughly went through the ToS so that you do not violate the ToS a second time. And yet you violated the ToS a second time by offering to do illegal services.

Read the following clause taken from the ToS:

Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

• Illegal or Fraudulent services
• Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy found here
• Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
• Intentional copies of Gigs
• Spam, nonsense, or violent or deceptive Gigs
• Gigs misleading to Buyers or others
• Reselling of regulated goods
• Offering to prepare academic works on behalf of Buyers
• Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration
• Exceedingly low quality Gigs

If you have doubts regarding the ToS, you should contact Fiverr’s Customer Support. They are the only ones who have been trained to answer customer (Fiverr users) queries and are capable of giving you an official response.

Since you have a lot of doubts (regarding the ToS), I think you should contact them.

I have already answered your questions, and I have already provided my insight. You willingly took on illegal work. Common sense would have told you that what you were doing was illegal. Fiverr has taken action in response to what you have done, and you now know what not to do in the future. Case closed.
