You have opened a request …Tell your buyer to accept your request … Otherwise the request will be automatically after 4 days …

I think “request opened” just means you’ve created the request (eg. for extra time) not that the buyer has seen/opened the request.

They can accept it or not when they see it. If they do nothing the request gets withdrawn after 4 days.
If they don’t respond and give the extra time the order could go late.

If you’ve done what was asked the order requirements yes you can deliver now to stop it going late.

If you need something from the buyer (eg. more info) for the order it could be best to wait for that info.

eg. you said “but he need fix some issue that’s why i request to extend time”. So it depends what you need the buyer to do. If you’ve done everything asked in the requirements, yes just deliver.
