I have 6 orders in Que right now but for others its showing 3 and also some of my gig previews are not working correctly I am talking about my gig : I will make animated lyric video for you.I have already asked cs, but they are saying everything is fine but I don’t think so. p.s already tried everything clearing cache cookies. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You could report it to CS. Assuming it’s a codec Fiverr supports. So it’s still a bug that should be fixed (since I assume it’s playable but a bad preview image - possibly because the original was 4K - unless if it was also a different aspect ratio than normal and that caused the issue.). 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
