There is a specific category to promote your gigs on this forum but it may not be very effective as majority of this forum users are sellers.

You need to find your targeted customers and then figure out which is the most popular platform that your potential buyers use. For example, if your potential buyers are on facebook. Then find relevant groups on facebook and share your gigs in those groups. This may help you to find some new customers.
