My order completion rate are not increasing though I have completed above 90% of my order

Hi,
Anyone there who can help me with the topics? In the month of March & April, I have completed 15 orders in total & Canceled 2 order. But my Order Completion Rate is showing now 89%. I can not understand why this is happening. Can anybody assist me on that issue?

I don’t see anything wrong with your order completion %.

15 completed orders out of a total of 17 orders comes up to an order completion percentage of 88.2. :thinking:

You need to have completed 16/17 orders to have crossed 90%.
