Without any reason my Avg. Response Time went up to 29 days!

Today Without any reason Avg. Response Time went up to 29 days!
Even yesterday day it was 1 hr.
I don’t know why it’s happening?
I always answer every message within 3-5 minutes and also, there is no unread message in my inbox.
Anyone can help me, please!

Nah i was talking to OP. The only time that shows on my gig page is the “recent delivery time”.

I see on your profile page your response time is one hour.

If you wait for a day it might correct itself. If not you could contact customer support.

Yes, on my gigs my avg. response time says 12 hours but my profile and dashboard say 1hr.
