What’s the solution for this when we face :
you must have at least 90% positive rating…to send buyer requests

I think it’s quite obvious: you need to have all your statistics higher than 90%.
There is nothing easier than this to understand. Deliver great service and when your statistics will be back at 90% you’ll see orders again.
