The reason Fiverr has to be picky about which ID they accept is because these things can easily be doctored. Fiverr has to protect itself from being scammed and from sellers scamming buyers. They have to make sure they can pursue people who do anything illegal, as well as make sure you are who you say you are.

It’s suspicious if you don’t have a valid ID because everyone is legally required to have one.

I see that you used NIC to verify ID. If Yes then check if your NIC is not expired and if it’s not then do a clean scan of the ID so system can read it clearly.

Right now it looks like fiverr thinks that you didn’t provide the correct ID like it’s not you NIC

so system can read it clearly

I don’t think that fiverr uses OCR Algorithm to read users’ identities. It should definitely done by a human since identity documents are different by it’s issued country.

Information should match 100% as per my understanding. [Consider this as an informal infomation] . Why do people enter invalid information when creating an account? such accounts should be banned because those are the people who are trying to scam the marketplace.

I’m sure. The point is to prove your information is correct and you are who you say you are.
