thesocials Posted April 23, 2019 Share Posted April 23, 2019 Hello, I recently had a buyer submit a 1 star review on accident and messaged me to let me know. FAQ states that a buyer can contact customer support to have their review removed but that’s obviously a time consuming process. Fiverr should give buyers at least a single chance to modify/remove their review by choice within a small time frame so that accidental reviews can be fixed quicker. I’m sure I speak for other dedicated freelancers when I saw this but, I’m more worried about keeping my seller requirements where they need to be than I am about the review itself.
