In my main business I have spent a lifetime helping people by answering the same questions over and over again.

The way I see it is, that for the person who is asking the question, it is the first time for them. 🙂

The above could well be a problem.

Suggest you do not address others as dear, bro, sister, mate, etc. as lots of people don’t like it and it will put many buyers off.
