Cant remember old phone number

Hi! I created my fiverr account on year 2017. And I just recenty got back to being an active seller this year. When I tried to withdraw my earnings, fiverr requires me to input the phone number that I registered, unfortunately I dont have that number anymore and I cant remember what my number was back then when I registered my account. Tried contacting customer support but they said that they are still reviewing my issue. Is there anyone that experienced the same problem as me? Im very anxious right now because it took me sometime to have clients.
