summerkate Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 It keeps telling me I need the photo under 600x400 and I’ve tried to upload a number of different photos, one was even 100x100px and still no cigar. kimberly1234 Posted December 4, 2013 Share Posted December 4, 2013 I can’t get photos to load either. It says it has to be a min. size and theres also a Max size. I have Microsoft photo picture manager, and it will not allow me to change it to the min. size (it goes a little smaller than fiverr min size allows) And when I try the in between sizes, it still will not work. And of course the next size up is too large. I am so frustrated with this. My profile pic loaded just fine without any problems but this one has me ready to give up. I’ve tried to load at least 6 different pix, and I’ve tried them over and over again. You would think that they would have a program in place that automatically changes the photo size to what they want. It sure would save us a huge headache. Anyone got suggestions on how to fix this.
