Your order will automatically complete 3 days after you delivered. You’ll be able to withdraw your funds 14 days after that.

Your buyer doesn’t have to respond after you’ve delivered.

You should wait for the buyer, sometimes they were busy and get back after a few days. If the buyer doesn’t come back after 3 days of delivery then the order will automatically complete.

In addition to what @smiler3d advised suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.
