Hi,

I am sorry, but it is your order. Only you know the details and the interaction you’ve had with your buyer. No one on the forum can help you with your order. If you cannot understand the buyer’s requirements, you will have to try and find that out from the buyer by yourself.

It is also not a good idea to share private conversations you have with your buyers on a public forum such as this. So, that option is out of the question, too.
