About chargeback fraud

Hi! I hope this is the right category. I was wondering about that famous issue with chargeback fraud. I still cannot understand how this is even possible/ethical, but just to be clear: that can’t happen once you withdraw the money to Paypal and then to your bank account, right?

Once you’ve got the money Fiverr can’t touch it, but a PayPal chargeback could leave your Fiverr account in a negative state.
