Whenever I am writing and sending offer to buyer requests, I keep typing in hurry, thinking 'not to give chance to other sellers of sending offer before me. Is it fine to be a bit slow or we should be in hurry, as I am doing?

Whilst I agree that speed is important, so is the information you need to get across to the buyer.

I have built a template for this exact subject.

Look at it like this, you all ready know what you are going to say anyway so why not have it pre-paired before hand.

Buyer requests are not random they will appear in connection with your services, look at myself for instance I sell video intros, and Fiverr gig videos so I know that if a buyer request pops up it will be to do with creating some form of video.

So my pre written reply will look like this: ( It dosn’t i’ve just written it for this reply, mine slightly differs but your will get the idea )

Hi and thanks for submitting a buy request, and did you know that it is proven that videos increase your interaction with your potential end users.
I am sure I can help you out with your [ buyer request ] and here is how I propose to do just that.

If we create a video with the above, I am sure it will look fantastic and do exactly what you want it to do.
I offer full after sales care so rest assured I will help you with everything needed to make this project a success, I am also available to discuss everything with you before we start.

Thanks and lets make this happen for you.

I have used a few terms in there for example “Hi and thanks for the request” that makes it sound like I have personally received this buyer request which could be looked on by the buyer as a Fiverr endorsement it isn’t of coarse but sub consciously who knows what goes on.

“and did you know” this tells the buyer or at least comes across as I know what I am talking about as I know this fact.

“here is how i propose to do it” massively important IMO and gets back to the “and did you know” you need to get across to this buyer that you know what you are doing and there is no better way than to lay it out in terms that a buyer can understand it also forms a structure of what the buyer expects as the end product, this in turn leads to less confusion and possible bad reviews.

“if we create” again this is important, talk as if this is a partnership the use of the word “we” implies that you are all ready working together.

“I’m sure it will look fantastic” I will by this point after reading the request all ready have an image in my head of the end game video but the buyer wont so tell them!

AND all ways reassure your buyer that you are there for them even if you do not offer after sales, get across to them that you are happy to discuss there needs.

Well there you go my first reply on this forum, this is of coarse what I do and is possibly not what you should do but it gives you an option. everyone does things different its about finding out what works for you.

Sorry for the long winded reply
