Gig video creation

I am interested to make a gig video, but not sure that is it mandatory to speak myself in the video? Please, answer it.

It’s not essential to speak in your gig video, e.g. mine is a composing/recording gig, so I let the music do the talking… 😉

But often I do think it is nice when people talk on their gig videos as it gives it personality.
