i am keep looking all the developers are mostly offline i saw there gigs and send a msg to reply me so far only 1 guy reply me and he did not even talk completely and disappear the rest all offline , thaths how fiverr workkkkk.
fiver should remove all those who are offline for certain period .
looks like i have to go and get my job done with other free lancers

You could also post a buyer request for what you require and any developer who can do the work and sees the request can post an offer. You can then contact any of the sellers who sent the offers.
