I have an offer from Fiverr for 20% off my first order for only 48 hours (about 12 hours left now). I am not yet ready to use this coupon. Do they offer it again, or will it work when I do go to use it on my first order (possible a month from now)?

I mean, you’ve answered your own question. It will work for only another 12 hours. You will not be able to use the same coupon 1 month from now (or even 13 hours from now, for that matter).

Do they offer it again

I am only a seller on Fiverr, so I cannot guarantee anything, but I have seen them offer these discount codes a couple of times in the last 8 or 9 months that I have been on Fiverr.
