I think you should change the profile picture first and then remove the video from the second gig and add a better one .And change the images of your first gig … Those image are too dark and almost same each other.

Furthermore, they may not trust you because your image does not appear to be true. It is always best to use an image of yourself or a logo. 😉

There are many who do and they do not appear to have had any issues. I use a chibi of myself made by a Fiverr seller.
