Yes, It will be negative effect. But why are you want to cancel order?

Because i am designer but client needs a developer but mistakely he order me this is the reason.

It will affect your account and order completion rate.

If you complete orders regularly, e.g 2 orders every 6 days, the impact will not be much.

But if you complete one order in a month, it will affect and you may loose your level status
