Buyer is asking for contact information

A buyer is asking for video chat information and another is asking for mailing address. Are these common requests? Is a limit to what the appropriate information that be provided to buyer?

A lot of them ask … but it’s against TOS. Tell them that. You could even report them for it, if you feel so inclined.

I had someone who gave me their number and asked me to contact them. I just told them that it’s against TOS and reported their message. Few days later, their account got banned.
