Podcast ( commercial or full broadcast rights)

I have a buyer who is going to use my voice over for a podcast. He is providing the script but I would like some clarity on whether or not he needs to purchase commercial and/or full broadcast rights to use for his podcast.

Check the “Voice Over Commercial Buyout” section of the Terms of Service.

I think it is ultimately up to you to choose if you charge extra for commercial rights and full broadcast rights. You could do this by offering a gig extra.

I do offer both commercial and full broadcast rights but I was concerned as to whether or not the buyer is getting over on me by not purchasing them for use on his podcast. Thanks for the tip as well.
