When I Visit Buyer request. No request found

Hi there.

Good day. I have a question i want to ask. I joined fiverr from few months and i am not getting sales? I have good gigs and everything still it’s not working? And when i go to buyer request. It says no request found. It appears sometime but mostly not found. I see business presentation category for buyer request as i have all gigs in that category? I contacted customer support they say your account is fine no issues with it? I cleared caches cookies and everything still not working? Anyone knows?
