It just means you’ve not replied to a message within 24 hours.

Then you could contact CS (raise a ticket) if you’ve no message received within the last 60 days that hasn’t been replied to within 24 hours. You could show them screenshots. They might run a fix (of the account or if there’s a bug they might pass it on to the developers).
