Buyer not responding!

I completed an order back in December ,then buyer requested for revision and some major changes in the website.I made changes and he promised to give additional payment for the extra jobs done. Before i could deliver the updated work, the buyer went offline for almost a 3 weeks . He told me that he had some eye operation. Then again he was back and asked for additional changes,i made those changes and now he is offline for 20 days .What should i do now?

Well, you should’ve sent them a custom offer before completing the changes.
Now, stop contacting this buyer, do not send them messages, it might be considered as a spam.

Wait for them, if they keep their word, they’d tell you to send a custom offer for the changes you made.
