Ipad video files rejected

when I try to put a video file in my gigs, it always gets rejected, even though they are under 75 secs, less than 50 mb, and they have the ‘exclusive on fiverr’ thing appearing in the video. I have to reconvert the file again for Fiverr to accept it, therefore it’s because of the ipad video files, .mov files, which is…weird. It’s ipad video files, not some obscure format
