Go up two levels during a evaluation period

Hi everyone!

About two months ago, I was getting really close to level 2, but things went the other direction within the next week and I lost my level 1. My evaluation period is coming up now and I’d like to know if it’s possible to level up twice in a month. I meet all the level 1 requirements and level 2.

I couldn’t find any answers on the support pages or on this forum. I have a feeling the answer is really simple, so sorry about that.

You can only move up one level at each evaluation.

I was four days away from the evaluation, then someone charged back on one of my orders from about 3 months ago which dropped my order completion rate below 90%.
