Showing offline

I am using only Fiverr app today but it showing offline. When I active on Fiverr it showing from buyer views " user offline ". Already I clear app cache then logout. But after login same problem.

If you are using your fiver account with tow device like mobile and pc then you should make your profile active from your mobile fiver apps, there’s have this kind of menu/option check this apps

Both devices status are online but still showing offline.
