Fiverr ID verification restricted my account

My account is not getting verified by Fiverr’s verification system, even though everything was correct, no one is replying on my previous inquiries on CS, help me someone. They are totally ignoring me, it has been days now since they have restricted me after multiple failed attempts. I guess this is end for me on fiverr as someone named Mark is totally ignoring me on CS.
