How can i modify the order

Buyer placed an order on my gig and we couldn’t agree on a price so I had to go to resolution center to modify order so I sent him a request. But now on order, the buyer has one day to accept or decline, the timer is running and the buyer is offline I just want to know what if buyer decline the offer what will happen next. And what if the timer complete .what will happen
