order is created and buyer asked to contact outside

We have an order on fiverr but buyer keep on sending me his email and WhatsApp and asked that its easy to contact there what should i do know???

Politely tell your buyer that this is against the Terms of Service which can be found at the bottom of the Fiver main page.
