Hi @rabeasrity,

As long as you see under settings that your online status is turned on, even if your little green light turns grey you are still seen as online. Often you can refresh the page and the little light by your profile picture will turn green.

I have refreshed it 100 times from last night. It is still grey. Now I contacted CS.
