Struggle to gain stability - Does "recent delivery" impress buyer's?

I started almost 2 months ago on Fiverr as a seller. I got a few quick orders but later on, the pace wore out. I have tried multiple ways of gig promos and changes in gigs and kept on improvising although I feel its still not enough. This struggle is surely turning towards stability but stability in no orders. I guess the “Recent delivery” does make a big impression on a buyer if he/she should buy from you or not and mine is increasing.
I would like you to check my gigs and please suggest ways to overcome this drought and what I am doing wrong.

Please also suggest if having more number of gigs increase the chance of you getting a buyer?
