Like everyone else said, you shouldn’t have agreed to cancel the job.
Anyways, since you did and the buyer did take the video down, create a youtube channel (if you don’t have one already) and upload THAT video, and keep your eye on your buyer’s channel, if they re-uploaded the video after a while, don’t contact fiverr, contact youtube, have their channel disabled.
