Fiver Promotion

Today I saw my “Earnings” page and there was a $50 with a tag “Fiver Promotion”.
But i am not able to withdraw it. Withdraw button is greyed out. Upon hovering, it says minimum withdraw limit is $5.
Does anyone know about it?

This ‘promotion’ or ‘compensation’ or whatever, is meant to be spent to purchase gigs only (within Fiverr).

These $50 were added for my extra service provided to a buyer. The the buyer didn’t paid those.

Now again they have deducted those $50 and now I am waiting for their response
